MARTIN LAW P.A. is a FULL-SERVICE LAW FIRM founded in 2004 that strives to aggressively achieve results that meet or exceed our client's expectations. Since 2006 we are of counsel to the AV rated litigation firm of George Hartz & Lundeen.
We have successfully represented numerous plaintiffs and defendants, and handle legal issues for businesses, professionals and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation; transactions from forming a business, buying real estate or settling a civil litigation dispute among other more personal matters such as preparing a will or settling a divorce.

Our diverse litigation practice includes business and commercial litigation, real estate-related litigation, construction, commercial disputes, insurance defense litigation, foreclosure, landlord and tenant actions, commercial collections.
REAL ESTATE
We also specialize in Real Estate. Our real estate litigation attorneys regularly handle lawsuits presenting the full variety of traditional real estate litigation issues, including disputes arising out of the sale, purchase, lease, title claims, fraud or breach of fiduciary duty allegations, and commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, evictions and lease litigation.
Our firm is also a member and agent of Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, and handles Real Estate Residential and Commercial closings, Title insurance.
COMMERCIAL RECEIVABLES COLLECTION
We also provide advice and legal counsel to small to medium-size businesses in the collection of their receivables.
